All 6 CDs are compatible with old Windows computers andall of the CDs (except the 1997 World Book encyclopedia) are also compatible with older Macintosh computers. Recommended for use with operating systems from the mid to late 1990\'s. May not work with newer operating systems. Includes: Sammy\'s Science House for ages 3-6, Mighty Math Carnival Countdown for ages 5-8, Destination: Rain Forest for ages9 and above, Destination: Castle for ages9 and above, Strategy Challenges 1 (Around the World) for ages 8 to Adult. Also includes the World Book Encyclopedia 1997 version for Windows. Note:Our customers have really enjoyed this set but some have had difficulty using the World Book Encyclopedia. We recommendthis set primarily for the other programs since the encyclopedia is outdated anyway.

This set originally came bundled with a certain brand of PC computer but we have a letter of permission authorizing us to liquidate this item by itself.

We are also not sure how well the Windows versions of these programs will work with newer computers but we think the odds are fairly good-- although it is possible that you may have to experiment around a bit with Windows Compatibility Mode settings if you encounter a problem.
