We understand that as a buyer you expect to shop based on the money back guarantee. but that does not limit us from taking legal action against a buyer abusing return recover incurred loss from a transaction.

We understand that a package can arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling. we recommend the following course of action:

1- if you notice any visible physical damage on the package, refuse the package, take a picture and contact us immediately.
2- if the package wasn't received in hand to take six(6) pictures of each side and two(2) to four (4) pictures of the item damage with the padding material. and contact us immediately to work on claim with the carrier and to provide you with a return shipping label.

returns will not be accepted under any others circumstances, as we record a video of every single item we list showing the condition. in plus of our CCTV records for how it was packaged/shipped and how it is received.

Our legal actions consist of notifying your local law enforcement office and filing in small claim court.

The competent court is Volusia county Court Florida.
