Shipping
Unless otherwise indicated, most items are shipped within 1 business day of payment. Some larger items may have a 2-day handling time, and items shipped via freight may require 2-4 days handling time.Shipping will be standard service (US Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS), unless freight service is required. Please note: FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. Expedited shipping may be available upon request, at buyer's expense. Int'l shipments (if offered) are shipped through 's Global Shipping Program. Items will be packaged as safely as possible, and shipped with tracking numbers, and insured against damage during shipment**.We only ship to verified addresses. The address associated with your account MUST match the delivery address, or we cannot ship. Therefore we do not do drop shipments.Local pick-up may also be available upon request at a mutually agreeable time and place. There will still be a handling fee if you need it boxed up or packaged. Buyer must come to pick-up prepared with the -generated QR code used to verify that the hand-off took place. We WILL NOT let an item go without scanning the QR code - no exceptions. If you are not familiar with this process, please contact customer support to learn more about it.**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Int'l tracking info is not always updated after an item leaves the U.S. This means that if an item is lost, there is no way to locate it. In addition, international shipments cannot be insured against loss, damage, or theft. Seller is not responsible, and buyer assumes all risk for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen on international shipments. Buyers outside the U.S. should carefully consider this risk before purchasing items of high value.
Returns
If you have any problems with your item within the allowable return time frame specified in the listing, please contact us before initiating a return through ! We are committed to working directly with customers to make things right. Once is involved, buyer and seller have no recourse to resolve any issues on their own. Note: this section does not apply to listings where returns are not accepted, and does not apply to drop-shipped items (see details at the bottom of this page).To initiate a return:
1. Determine that the item was not damaged during transit. We make every effort to pack items safely and securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipment. Although rare, unfortunately it can still be mishandled. If your item was damaged in shipment, contact us immediately upon receipt! Shipping damage is not the same as a “not as described” issue and is handled differently. We will work with you to initiate a damage claim with the carrier right away. It is critically important that you document the damage with pictures, and save the item along with all packaging material, as the carrier may wish to physically inspect the damage. A delay in initiating the claim, discarding the item and/or packaging, or simply returning the item, can all jeopardize the chances of having the claim favorably resolved and receiving a full refund.
2. Ship the item back within the allowable return time frame after receiving the item.
3. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were originally sent.** If the above conditions are met you will receive a refund for the purchase price and original shipping cost for "not as described" items. Please note: if you opt to pay extra for an Express shipping service, your refund will NOT include the premium cost for this service. You will only be refunded the amount that regular ground shipping would have cost. In cases of buyer's remorse (changed mind, misread listing, ordered wrong part / color /size etc.), buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Similarly, if an item is returned because of an issue with delivery (e.g. incorrect address provided or otherwise undeliverable), original shipping costs will not be refunded, any return shipping costs charged to seller will be deducted from any refund. When free return shipping is offered, a return shipping label will be provided to you. BUYERS OUTSIDE THE U.S. ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE RETURN SHIPPING**Seller reserves the right to issue a partial refund if an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent. For example, new items that are opened, unsealed, or used will not receive a full refund. Other examples include but are not limited to items that are damaged after receipt, have parts missing or switched, or have had tamper-evident seal broken, altered or removed will not be eligible for a full refund.ABOUT DROP SHIPMENTS:
We do not drop-ship to 3rd party customers, as we cannot guarantee that you have described the item to your customer as accurately as we have in our listing.
