- Return Policy
We offer a 30 day Return Policy that ensures that what the buyer sees and reads in our listing description is exactly what the buyer will receive. This policy protects our buyers when this does not happen as planned. To request to make a return, please send us an email before opening a case to allow us a chance to correct the issue first. To request to make a return, buyers must provide clear images or video that show or demonstrate the issue they are having with the purchased item.
For damages related to shipping, buyers must provide clear images that show damages to the box that the item was shipped in as well as damages to the item. Issues that are difficult to show via photograph or video should be clearly described in the return request email. When your request has been approved, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you must print and insert into the item\'s shipping box before returning the item. You will also be provided with a return label to return the item to us in its original shipping box.
**Please note** Bulbs, toner cartridges, ink cartridges and other consumables are not warranted or guaranteed for any of the items in our listings.
All DOA (Dead on Arrival) and NAD (Not as Described) refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery of the item.
- Shipping Policy
Your item will be shipped within 1 business day from the date and time of your payment for your purchase with the exception of national holidays, during periods of national and/or local disaster, or during extreme weather which results in local service interruptions. We currently provide shipping to the lower 48 states and APO addresses. We currently are only able to ship to the address that you have registered as your shipping address on . If you would like to request signature confirmation or other shipping upgrades such as express mail, please send an email with your request before paying for your order so that these upgrades can be added and so that you can be invoiced for the needed upgrades.
We use recycled boxes for the shipment of most of our items in order to keep the prices on our items as low as possible for our buyers and to reduce waste. We are able to reverse the direction of the wording on many of our boxes so that your package will not display any wording on the outside of the box. We are also able to ship your item to you in brand new boxes for a small fee. Please message us directly to let us know if you would prefer a reversed box or a new box instead of the default recycled box option.
Here are the fees for our different shipping options:
- FREE Recycled box with branded logos and text from various businesses that are unrelated to us.
- $2 Reversed box with blank cardboard surfaces facing outward and branding from companies facing into the inside of the box.
- $3 Brand New Box with minimal if any branding visible on outside surfaces of box.
Combined Shipping:
We are able to combine shipping on most of our smaller items. Please send us an email if you would like to request that shipping be combined on your purchases before completing your order so that we can create a custom invoice that you can pay for on that will include these changes.
- Payment Policy
For all items sold by us with the exception of items that require local pick up, payment must be received within 3 business days of the close of your purchase or the end of the sale. If payment isn\'t received within 3 business days, we will email you an invoice to remind you that payment is due. If you need a day or two more, please respond to this invoice with a message requesting an extension. Extensions can be provided for a maximum total of 7 business days from the close of the sale or the purchase date. The only exception to this policy is for items that require local pick up.
Local Pick up Items: Items that require local pick up can be paid for using any of the following methods: Cash, Credit Card, PayPal, or PayPal Credit.
Buyers paying in cash are required to contact the seller by email in \'s messaging system within 2 business days from the date of purchase or the close of the sale for the item to arrange for payment and to schedule for pick up of the item and will have 7 business days to pay for and remove the item. Items not removed within 7 business days will be considered abandoned property and the item will be re-listed for sale. Photo ID will be required for pick up.
Buyers paying by Credit Card, PayPal, or PayPal Credit are required to contact the seller by email in \'s messaging system within 2 business days from the date of purchase or the close of the sale for the item to arrange for pick up of the item and to schedule for pick up of the item. Buyers paying by Credit Card, PayPal, or PayPal Credit will have up to 30 calendar days to remove the item.
