We offer free shipping for most products via Fedex Ground or USPS First-class/Priority Mail. For larger freight items please contact us for a freight quote.

We will issue return labels for defective or damaged items (we verify the item's serial prior to issuing refunds). If you ordered the wrong part, we accept returns (the customer pays for return shipping for non-defective parts). If we can help in any way prior to returning the product, please reach out to us.

Where are your products located? - Our items ship from Philadelphia, PA.

How fast will I get my order? - Most items ordered before 1:00PM EST are shipped from our warehouse the same or next business day (Monday - Friday). We strive to get orders out quickly and packed safely. During periods of heavy order volume it may take a bit longer to ship. We use the fastest shipping method that we can provide at no cost to you (Either Fedex Ground or USPS depending on delivery location).
