We only ship to U.S.- based addresses (excluding US territories, HI, and AK). We can ship to those locations if the buyer can help toward the cost of shipping. We offer free shipping for most products via Fedex Ground or USPS First-class/Priority Mail. For larger freight items please contact us for a freight quote.
You can buy from us with confidence. Please contact us prior to opening a return if you are having a technical issue. We will issue return labels for defective or damaged items (we verify the item's serial prior to issuing refunds). If you ordered the wrong part, we accept returns (the customer pays for return shipping for non-defective parts). If we can help in any way prior to returning the product, please reach out to us.
Where are your products located? - Our items ship from Philadelphia, PA.
How fast will I get my order? - Most items ordered before 1:00PM EST are shipped from our warehouse the same or next business day (Monday - Friday). We strive to get orders out quickly and packed safely. During periods of heavy order volume it may take a bit longer to ship. We use the fastest shipping method that we can provide at no cost to you (Either Fedex Ground or USPS depending on delivery location).
Can I pick up my order? - We do not have a brick and mortar storefront. If you are interested in a local pickup, please contact us prior to placing the order. If staff is available to accommodate the request, we will arrange for a pickup time.
What if I'm unsure what part I need? - We ship to both resellers and end-users performing their own repairs. If you are unsure if a part we sell is a match, please send us a message with the part number of the item you are replacing and we will try to help.
If you have an issue with your shipment or a technical issue with your purchase, we may be able to help. Please contact us through Messages prior to opening a return or dispute. Most issues can be resolved with a message or two.
