This computer was tested and it booted on the first try. Item was power cycled and device had a black screen. After multiple power-cycles, we used the reset switch, and the computer booted into OS. Any time the computer starts and it boots into black screen, it appears to boot fine after using the reset switch. Video mode is NTSC (north america).This item is sold for parts or repair.
