I have a vintage Commodore Plus 4 home computer system. I do not know where it was made or the year it was released, but it does have the UPC 043467002156. This is open box used and it comes with the original packaging material, as seen in the photos provided. It also comes with the Commodore power supply, product number 810157-02.
It comes with the RF adapter as well, which allows you to connect this Commodore Plus 4 system to your TV. There also appears to be an S-video came with documentation. This home computer system has been used before, but it is still in very good condition. The box itself does have wear and tear from being in storage for a good amount of time.
I was able to test and verify this CPlus4 system works. I used a serial to AV cable adapter to connect this system to my TV. That serial adapter is not included in this listing. I just used it to test it. As you can see in the photos, this does boot up and all the keys on the keyboard have been tested and verified to work. Everything appears to work perfectly with this system.
