This is a vintage compaq LTE Elite 4/50E that is being listing for parts or repair and is being sold AS-IS.
This does come with the a total of 8MB of memory. After running Compaq\'s built-in system test only found an error on the system board.
The screen brightness does fully adjust but the screen will start to get black splotches growing in the corners after ~15 minutes after turning on. If you leave the device off for a while the blackness will go away.
The hard drive is missing its cover and the casing for the hard drive is missing its pullout tab. The floppy drive also has its eject button broken and is stuck inside the drive.
The hinge does hold up the laptop screen but is a little lose. One of the corners of the hinge above the AC plugin has come apart.
