We are available for customer service questions and concerns Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 3:30pm Mountain Standard Time, excluding holidays and emergency-related closures. We are not open on Saturday or Sunday, and any communications sent between Friday at 3:30pm and Sunday night will NOT be responded to until the next business day (normally Monday).
We can answer questions and concerns much more accurately and quickly through the WILL NOT SHIP to any address that is not the confirmed registered address of the winning buyer. No exceptions.Before paying, please ensure your address in PayPal is confirmed and is the address you want the item shipped to.
Items are shipped 1-2 business days after payment (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays or emergency-related closures).
Items will be shipped standard ground using either UPS or the US Postal Service, depending upon the size of the order and the shipping address. Some sales may not be available to customers outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states. A tracking number will be sent to the registered email address of the buyer by our automated system. Please wait about a day before attempting to track a shipment as it may not be in the shipping service's system prior to that time.
Due to various certifications and federal regulations our recycling facility must follow, and due to numerous negative issues in the past, we do not ship to international or APO addresses.
We do not include invoices or any paperwork inside of the shipments.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS:
Our store offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (unless otherwise noted in the sale). We accept warranty returns up to 30 days from your purchase.The warranty date starts from the time the item has been received. For shipped items, that date starts when the tracking number used to ship from our facility indicates it has been delivered.
If an item returned is unnecessarilydamaged due to negligence, altered, incomplete, or different from the item originally shipped, the return may be denied. Standard ground shipping charges are covered in the warranty, but we will not pay the additional shipping charges incurred if the item is returned using expedited or overnight shipping. We will not pay additional shipping charges incurred to any item that has been redirected to an international shipping address. Any attempt to commit fraud through a return will be addressed through the sale site and, if necessary, with legal action.
Payments
Payment is due within 7 days of the sales close.
Payment is only accepted through PayPal . A confirmed shipping address is required to process your payment.
Returns are paid back only to the Paypal account that the original payment was made from. A large return amount may be delayed for various reasons. We will contact the customer if this happens.
