All shipments are carefully packaged to ensure a safe journey to your doorstep!Local PickupSome heavy or oversize items may be listed as "local pickup only." There is no exception to this. We simply do not have the capability or means to package and ship some items. These items must be collected at our location in Pitman, NJ within 7 days. Payment for local pickup items is made at the time of purchase. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from with a QR code or 6-digit code. Please bring this QR code or 6-digit code with you when picking up your item. We must scan or enter the code at time of pickup to confirm to that it has been received, or else we may not be able to release the item to you. Returns Items may be returned for up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Any shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received with all original packaging and accessories included (if applicable). Any returned item that is damaged by misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsalable condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In the unfortunate event that an item is received damaged, we will provide a return shipping label along with a full refund of the original purchase price and any applicable shipping charges.
