Testing

· If a Laptop, the battery in this unit has been tested to hold a charge for a minimum of one half hour.

Shipping:

· We do our best to ship all items within one business day after payment has been made. Shipping of lots greater than 10 units may take 2 business days. However, we do not ship on weekends and most holidays.

· Most items ship via USPS unless special shipping arrangements are made. If faster shipping is required please feel free to contact us for a priority shipping quote. Payment of shipping costs includes insurance.

Payments:

· PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

Returns:

· Our original shipping costs will not be refunded on any item including free shipping items and the cost will be deducted from returns, no exceptions.

·Please allow 2 business days after goods are received for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be made through PayPal.
