Please contact me FIRST before starting a"Defective / Not as Described" or any other negative return. If you are not willing to contact me and will start a defective/negative return without the courtesy of a quick message then please do not order from me. A lot of time is spent testing items. It is expensive and counter productive to my business goals to ship non-working or incorrect items. Every effort is made to prevent mistakes or defective items but it does happen.
