I believe battery is a swollen and needs to be replaced it does say battery is poor it does still hold a charge no charger included

Please refer to photos for exactly what you will receive, since this is a fresh install of Windows Make sure after initial setup of your laptop to run system update in setting to update all current drivers... If you need help with that you can always reach out and we'll be more than happy to walk you through the steps. This is a used laptop and could show signs of wear and tear.There is no charger included.
