Up for sale is my Dell Inspiron 5547. This is a 15 inch laptop with an Intel i5 4210u, 6GB or memory, and a 500GB hard drive. From the factory it came with a 1TB hard drive with was briefly replaced with an SSD. That SSD has since been replaced with the included 500GB hard drive, and a clean install of Windows 10 has been applied. This laptop has a non-touch display, and a backlit keyboard. In the sale I am including one 65watt charger and one 90watt charger.

This model has a record of the palm rest cracking near the power button, and I have replaced it one. The replacement was internally reinforced with plastic epoxy in order to ensure that it doesn’t crack again. This reinforcement doesn’t compromise the aesthetics at all, it simply strengthens the chassis.

So that’s all good, but here is WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT: there are a couple scratches here and there. Nothing out of the ordinary for a laptop that saw four years of use though. Also, one of the USB 3.0 ports is broken. It can still be used for something that will stay connected all the time such as a wireless mouse receiver, but anything more will be flakey. All the above defects will be pictured.
