Purchased this item on last month, replaced battery and palmrest upper case keyboard cover, unit works great but still will not charge new battery, plus got it for my wife to work and travel, she does not like the large format of this laptop.CD rom drive is stuck in the unit with a small crack in the lower case as shown in the pictures. Also a pin size white spot in the left center of the display, a few of the screws are missing in the bottom of the case
