We offer a 1 year warranty on all hardware issues for our computers. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Swapping internal components in the computer systems will void the warranty. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty.

Warranty does not cover battery or any software issues such as malware or virues and unauthorized repairs / upgrades. In the event you get a virus or malware or even damage the laptop can be sent back to us to be wiped and have the operation system reinstalled for a minimal charge plus shipping. Any damage can be repaired and is done for cost plus return shipping charges. We want you to have the laptop a long time and will help you anyway we can.

For warranty issues - If your problem cannot be resolved remotely or through messaging, you will ship your laptop back to us for repair or replacement.

Open Office is is fully compatible with all versions of Microsoft Office and you can open and save as Microsoft Office. AVG anti virus software free edition has been installed to protect your computer from viruses and spyware. We use stock photos for all of our listings, but you will receive the exact same model notebook as pictured.
All of our laptops are in a grade A- to B+ condition. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best) these are all 8 or better. These are mostly off lease-retired laptops from corporations and have been taken care of and well maintained. These laptops are in very good physical condition and the only cosmetic issues could be a few scratches on the the top cover due to being put in laptop cases during their life. This does not affect operation and if the lid is scratched badly we replace it or put a vinyl skin over it to make it look new. Our specs are set high so we replace anything on the laptop that is cracked, broken or worn. Due to the suppliers we get them from they have all been taken care of so it is very seldom we have to replace anything, but if it is needed we do replace it.

Laptop is in good working order. No dead pixels or screen imperfections. Laptop may have minor surface scratches on lid due to being put in a laptop case over time, but most are hardly noticeable and if they are scratched up too bad we replace them. Same for the palmrest which includes the mouse; if they are worn they are replaced. Any broken parts are replaced.
