They are all functional and boot to BIOS. Please see listing photos for condition and explanation of "Issue codes." Some laptops have more than one issue.
An error code such as "POIF4" means that the touchpad is not functioning properly and should be replaced to restore proper functionality. Error codes that pertain to speakers, touchpad, keyboard, etc will require new parts to restore full functionality. Error codes that pertain to the case, such as "CABA10" mean that the part is not in perfect condition for a retail sale. It may have excessive wear, a large scratch, a crack, a dent, etc.
These machines were put through auditing software and then physically inspected and we try our best to be as accurate as possible. They all boot to BIOS and do not require "motherboard repairs" unless otherwise stated. Many of these machines are fully functional and can be used "as is" if the user is ok with an imperfect machine.
