Warranty starts from your purchase date and covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly. Warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades.
