Fully tested, fully functional. Plastic casing may have minor markings or other minor imperfections, but overall in good condition. Screen is in great condition but there is some faint shadowing on an all white screen. Also it could be a little brighter, but overall it\'s a really nice monitor. These imperfections are not distracting, but they are there if you really look for them. The stand is a clamping desk stand. It hooks on the overhang on the back side of your desk. If you don\'t have at least 2\" of overhang, this stand will be difficult to use. Includes a power cord (not pictured).If you have any questions, please reach out to us before purchasing.
