Recently bought from as a "open box" purchase but quickly realized after I got it that it was used. Top lid scanner mat has wrinkle. Seller than wouldn't acknowledge that it was used and wouldn't honor a refund. I use the scanner for a brief time but shortly after needed more desk space so I purchased a Epson v39 to save on valuable desk space. In the short amount of time I used the scanner it worked perfectly. A replacement mat is around $20 but I never replaced it because I would just scan with the lid open. Everything pictured is included including original box.
