This matte finish faux leather mouse pad is 8\" x 10\" x ⅛\", with stitching boarding the outside edges, and are rigid. The back is black faux leather. The image is sublimated (heat pressed) to the surface so it won\'t fade, crack or peel. The surface is smooth, but not hard and the picture come out really nice on this high quality mouse pad. To clean wipe with damp cloth.

I WILL SHIP ONLY TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU SPECIFY WHEN CHECKING OUT. If you want to ship to an address other than the one in your profile you MUST change the ship to address when checking out, as I will ship ONLY to the address on the receipt. I have many orders to process each day and changing an address may not get done. You would be unhappy and so would I if it didn\'t go the the right place.
If you have provided the wrong address in the shipping information, and your item is returned to me, you will have to pay for reshipping it. I am not responsible for an item getting lost due to a wrong address provided by you.

If the tracking information for your item shows it has been delivered by the Post Office, then I assume that it has indeed been delivered. If you can\'t find it you will have to get in touch with your Post Office as I have no control over its delivery, only the Post Office does. I will not refund or replace any item shown as delivered.
