1. The size and distribution of particles
The particle size and distribution of toner directly affects the performance of toner. Good powder particle size is generally in the range of 7-10 microns, and the distribution is also concentrated in these particles;
The poor powder particle size is generally 10-14 microns, the distribution is also very wide and not concentrated, such a particle size will cause poor stability of toner, poor resolution, fixed shadow is not firm.
2. blackness
Printers are used in the office,and the average blackness value is generally around 1.48. Of course, the higher the blackness value, the better, a certain amount of toner,under a certain average coverage,the number of printed pages will be relatively reduced, which will increase the cost.
3. the bottom ash
The reasons affecting the bottom ash value are mainly related to the conductive characteristics (referred to as electrical)
of the toner and the particle size of the toner. The stronger the conductivity and the finer the particles,the easier it is to produce bottom ash. Under normal circumstances, the base ash value of toner is about 0.05~0.06.
4. the waste powder rate
The waste powder rate refers to the proportion of waste powder produced by a certain amount of toner in normal printing. The waste powder rate also directly affects the number of pages printed by a certain amount of toner.
The standard waste powder rate is generally 5%-7%, and the poor powder waste powder rate is generally 10%-15% or even more.

the resolution of toner is mainly 300dpi, 600dpi, 1200dip. The higher the resolution of the printer or copier, the higher the process requirements for toner particles.
