Complete 1st fullfunctional testing of each board prior to cleaning process, using a specializedcomputer testing program that tracks each key function designed for Applekeyboards, including the two exterior USB outlets on the keyboard,

Separate keyboardsinto 3 categories,

A) Ready forcleaning,

B) Need repairs(Keys, Sensors, Alum frame, USB cable, ...,

C) Unrepairable unitsthat are non-functional, (dead keys, frame damage, …) - Dispose/Recycle

Repair Process,

• Replace colormatched missing or broken keys and as needed replace hinges and nipples,

• If frame has bentcorners or frame is separating, repair to insure damaged area does not affecttyping function,Straighten aluminum frame to insure flat and level typing,

• Sanitize eachkeyboard with Isopropyl Alcohol, Front, Rear, Cable and Aluminum surfaces,using specialized process and tools,

After repairs andlevel 1 cleaning has been completed,

• Complete 2ndfunctional test to insure cleaning has not affected functionality,

Inspection Process,

Once 2nd functionaltest has been completed, a complete visual inspection is done to insure eachkeyboard is straight, flat, USB cable ready, keys are color matched and havethe “right” typing “feel”, Not sticky or other issues

Packaging Process,

Each keyboard cableis taped to the back of the keyboard and is then wrapped in specialized plasticbag for protection during the shipping process,

Once an order isreceived, each keyboard (s) is packaged in floating special box configurationthat we have developed over the past 5 years that protects the keyboard duringthe shipping process.
