Canon Printhead for MX7600 and iX7000This is a new, unopened, genuine Canon printhead manufactured in Japan (beware of the Chinese counterfeits). Canon does not include ink cartridges with their new print heads, but you can install the ink cartridges from your old print head in the new printhead if they still have ink in them. If the problem is with the printhead I sold you, I will give you a FULL refund (or send you a replacement). If the problems ends up being your printer, I will do a partial refund, usually around 80%.
