Canon Printhead for iP100, iP110, TR150This is a new, unopened, genuine Canon printhead manufactured in Japan (beware of the Chinese counterfeits). The pictures show the QY6-0068-000, which is version 1. The QY6-0068-010 is version 2. There are no compatibility issues between the two. Canon does not include ink cartridges with their new print heads, but you can install the ink cartridges from your old print head in the new printhead if they still have ink in them. If the problem is with the printhead I sold you, I will give you a FULL refund (or send you a replacement). If the problems ends up being your printer, I will do a partial refund, usually around 80%.
