This Hp toner is still sealed and brand new. Please notice the box does show a bit of wear, there are a few bends. Please notice that the bottom of this toner has a few areas of the cardboard that are not 100% sealed, the cardboard has only pulled away a bit. This has not been opened, the toner will function as intended. You can see a date in my pictures, I am fairly sure that this is an expiration date, this is still fresh and it will function fine.
