The FMC-1000S-SM80 Gigabit Ethernet is a 10/100/1000Base-TX to 1000Base-ZX single-mode un-managed optical fiber media converter. Product is a bundle between the FMC-1000S converter and a Gigabit single-mode SFP 1000Base-LX. The Copper interface is an auto negotiating 10/100/1000 Base-T RJ45 interface with auto MDI/MDI-X detection.The standalone FMC-1000S-SM80 is powered by an external switching power supply adapter, input 90-260AC, output 12V DC, 1A. Plug for AC line is US type, NEMA1-15(2 blades only). The AC adapter is included in the converter box. For professional 48V DC power requirements an FMC-CH08-DC rack solution is available. The FMC-CH08-DC rack has 8 slots and occupies 2U in a 19\" wide rack, but with only 10\" wide. Two FMC-CH08 chassis side by side fit in a 19\" width space.
FMC-1000S-SM80 has a 1.25Gbps single-mode SFP running 1000Base-ZX with an DFB laser 1550nm that can reach up to 80Km on 9/125um single-mode fiber (SMF-28e).Technical specifications:
