The outer lid has a number of scratches/scuffs. The edges have nicks/scratches, with some small chips in the corners. The bottom cover has MANY scratches. The inner display has only a few minor/small marks that are not really noticeable. The keys and trackpad all work normally, but the palmrest has some scuffs. The keyboard has an Italian layout with different keys that what would be found on a US version. The laptop boots and works as intended. This has the fingerprint reader. This is NOT a touch screen.
