Printer - Only the finest quality lowest page count units qualify to be sent in this program. Every printer used has less than 25,000 original pages and goes through our stringent remanufacturing processes. All feed and separation rollers are replaced, solenoids are replaced to prevent future paper jams, premium parts are used to rebuild the fusers. The printer is built from the ground up using only the highest quality OEM and third party parts available.
There will be no broken or discolored panels on this printer. It will look nearly new upon arrival.
Lead Time - This bundle qualifies for our exclusive "Front Of The Line" line jumping program to ship within one business day. We typically charge an additional $100.00 for expedited orders and is included for free with this bundle.
Toner - We include a premium remanufactured "Perfect Print" toner cartridge with this listing. We provide only the very highest quality toner which will yield you with very dark and crisp printouts.
1 Year warranty direct from Midwest Dynamics, the remanufacturer. We know this printer inside and out and will work to resolve any issue within the first year of ownership. If something simple we will send you the part immediately and support the installation (rollers, tray, fuser, etc), if something that is not easily resolved we will advance replace the unit and swap it out for you.
Since we cover the warranty, there is no third party warranty company to call or deal with. You are working with the experts and we will resolve any hardware issue within the warranty period. Third party warranty providers often put you into a queue and have you return the item to a service center for repair (additional costs, resources, downtime, and frustration for you). If the unit cannot be repaired they will reimburse you for the purchase price which can take up to 30 days again prolonging down time. Our goal is to have you printing and not have any issues within the warranty period.
Exclusive parts inventory at dealer prices. We will offer you any parts needed for any of your printers (whether purchased from us or not) that we have access to at discounted dealer pricing.
We include a new premium power cable and usb cable.
For this premium listing we use only new heavy duty double wall (over size) boxes and Sealed Air expanding foam in place to ship your printer. We do this to help prevent any damage in transit. Many other sellers / recyclers will use used boxes and packing materials and are not sufficient to protect the items that they are shipping.
Fed Ex Ground: All packages will ship Fed Ex Ground at no additional charge and are fully insured for your protection against loss or damage in transit.
