The IBM DPS-2500BB A PSUs are built by Delta Electronics and certified with 80 Plus Gold efficiency (92.6%). Each unit is tested and guaranteed to be in full working order. Output pins are intact and straight. They may have some minor scratches or signs of use. They are virtually bulletproof, I have never had one fail on me.
This PSU requires 200V-240V which would typically be 208V or 220V-240V in the USA. This will not work with a standard U.S. residential 120V outlet. Due to the large variety of power sources that this works with, it does not come with power cables so you will need to buy or build your own. The PSU has a C20 socket on it so you will need a cable with a C19 Plug on the PSU end and the appropriate plugs for your PDU or wall sockets on the other.
