This is a prototyping board and could be either analog or digital, it might even be hobbyist work.

As the transistors were removed from the sockets at some point it is impossible to date without the date codes that might be on some transistors, such prototyping boards were available well into the 1980s and anyone (business or individual hobbyist) could buy them (and the edge connector sockets they plug into) and design and build something on them. While in the 1950s industry often socketed transistors because they were used to socketing tubes and were uncertain of the reliability of transistors, hobbyists did it as late as the 1980s to protect them from soldering heat.
