OUR RETURN POLICY
Restocking fees: All items we sell have a restocking fee (30%-50% of item purchase price based on the condition of the product.) There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include: 1) All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, 2) Accessories such as cords and remote controls
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
1.Under certain circumstances, International shipping may be available for multiple items. Please contact us before you pay.
2.All items are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with TRACKING NUMBER for the protection of all purchases.
3.All products will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
4.Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
5. You should expect your order to be shipped as scheduled if you don't receive any email from us.
6.We guarantee all our products are 100% new unless specifically stated otherwise.
7. Handling time is measured by BUSINESS days. Weekends and holidays AREN'T counted. For example, 1-day handling time and you pay for an item on Tuesday, we have until 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on Wednesday to upload a tracking number. For a buyer's payment on Friday, Saturday or Sunday a tracking number will be uploaded by 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
