Was unable to test as I believe the customer that gave this to me bricked the mobo with a bios update.
Tried testing the mobo with a perfectly good xeon processor and got the same response from the mobo which was nothing. USB unresponsive, bios unresponsive trying to use 2 different CPU’s
So there is a good probability that this CPU is working. I just don’t have a spare X99 mobo to do the testing.
