You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include: 1) All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, 2) Accessories such as cords and remote controls

2.All items are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with TRACKING NUMBER for the protection of all purchases.
3.All products will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
4.Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
