· Cosmetic Grading - In addition to functional testing, only a small percentage of units that our company receives are cosmetically eligible for refurbishment. We follow ’s criteria for refurbished laptops and grade conservatively so that the unit you receive is in the expected cosmetic condition. Used laptops may have signs of prior use, including some minor scuffs and scratches. All laptops are fully cleaned directly before shipping.

· Specification – When deciding on specifications for units we sell, and considering the purpose they are likely to be used for, we do our best to provide a spec for each unit that will be competitive with today’s technology, at a lower overall price and greater value to the user.
Battery Health - We guarantee that your laptop's battery health will be at 50% or higher.

· All units will be shipped with the appropriate charger and AC cable.

· Each laptop that is sold with an Operating System installed will launch to the starting screen, where the user can customize it to their liking and create their own account.

· Units have a one-day handling time and will be packaged securely for shipment and sent via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground, depending on what is appropriate for the situation.

Return Policy – If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from us, please contact us as soon as possible so we can begin a dialog. Should you want to return your item, you are able to do so for a full refund. If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns within 30 days are FREE.
