The laptop is Prewoned, fully tested and fully functional except for an intermittent screen/LCD issue. Sometimes lines and discoloration will appear on the screen and sometimes it doesn't. There is NO issue when you connect it to an external monitor so it is the screen with the issue and not the graphics. The laptop is Reset and ready for the new user. Reset and ready for the new user. No passwords. No viruses. All keys and all ports function. All drivers are installed and it's ready to go.There is a small ding in the front right corner. Only cosmetic. Cosmetically it's in overall good condition with normal wear in the top lid and and body. The palmrest area and keyboard look good.
