Please see photos for what you will receive these laptops do need to be cleaned I've only plugged in charger to make sure they turn on I got seven of them to turn on three of them would not turn on I'm not sure if that's because they need new RAM or what I have not checked batteries for charging it looks like all batteries are there there is no hard drives no screws on bottom cover there is one 15 in laptop the rest are 13-in No chargers included.
