Lot of 2. HP ProBook 655 G1 A4 5150M 2.7GHz 4GB DDR3 RAM No SSD/OS *Parts/Repair* AC Adapter INCLUDED.These items have been previously used and are being sold for parts/not working due to the fact that they have no SSD/Operating System. Heavy wear and tear with scratches and scuffs on tops, bottoms and edges. On one unit, the "backspace" key DOES NOT work.
Returns & Exchange Policy

NOTE- Items are described to the best of our ability. Items are NOT new unless noted in the description and/or title. If we advertise the item in working condition, we will issue a refund for a defective product or replace it if we have a similar product in inventory.

  • If the item is listed "as is," or as "parts/repair" or "parts and/or repair" it may not be tested and is not covered as a return through 's return policy.
  • We will accept returns of items listed as "New", "Open Box", or "Used" that are found to be non-functioning for fourteen (14) days after the original purchase date. Only items found to be in non-functioning condition are eligible for return. We DO NOT accept returns for misreading of sale notice or simply "not wanting" the product anymore or by the buyer simply stating "I changed my mind."
  • We do not accept returns for technological items. Please have professionals help you with these items. We only accept returns for defects not listed in the posting. Anything listed as a defect/deficiency with an item for sale, the buyer understands they are purchasing it in that condition and a refund will not be issued.
  • Computers, (towers, laptops), will have a Technician Inspection Report. Based on this report, which the item is shipped, there is an understanding you are accepting the computer as listed and reported. (A copy of which is included in the photographs of the item being sold.
  • Contact us before contacting for any questions or concerns and we will diligently work with you on resolving issues. Meeting all of the guidelines stated above, we refund the purchase price of the item. However, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The Item must arrive back to us undamaged and in the original condition in which it was sold- NO modifications, NO alterations, etc.
  • Upon receipt of Return Authorization, the buyer has three (3) BUSINESS DAYS to ship the item to us and provide the tracking number via email. We do not issue refunds for any form of shipping, either to or from the buyer. Items that are damaged while in the buyer's possession, regardless of circumstances, do not qualify for a refund or exchange. In addition, items damaged by improper packaging when returned to us will not qualify for a refund or an exchange.
  • All purchases must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a refund- however- a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
  • We do not guarantee or warranty batteries. Consumables such as batteries, bulbs, ink, toner and any included item subject to regular replacement are NOT covered by any kind of warranty or guarantee- this the buyer shipping a laptop, specifically, by airplane. Batteries are not intended to be airborne and can expand/leak or explode. This is the responsibility of the buyer and not covered for return or refund by us.
  • Contact us if you have any questions or concerns, including prior to the sale. Questions by email will be answered as quickly as possible, normally the same day they are received within the confines of business operating days and hours.

Contact & Business Hours
  • Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (MST). We are closed on weekends and holidays. We are always available for communication during these days and hours. We do not respond to emails/texts, etc. on weekends or holidays or after 4:00 pm (MST.)
  • If you purchase on a Friday, or before a holiday, please allow for two (2) additional days to process and ship your order. Our shipping policy differs based on the item listed. Be sure to review our shipping policy for items purchased in the "Shipping and Payments" section.
  • If you have any questions about the sale item, please contact us- including prior to sale.
  • Our response time during normal operating hours will be within 1-2 hours. Anything posted to us on the weekend or on a holiday will be responded to on the following business day.

Payments
  • Items purchased from our listings must be paid within (24) hours of "awaiting payment" notice being received. Any longer and you will receive a notice that the item will be relisted for sale. A Non-Pay case will be initiated so the item can be relisted.
  • PLEASE do not offer on any item if you cannot pay immediately. Our system works and ensures fast shipping. WINNING buyers MUST BE PREPARED TO SUBMIT PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY.
  • Please note that buyers from the State of Idaho will incur a 6% sales tax. Sorry. We can't do anything about this.

Shipping

NOTE:This does NOT include large items such as towers, projectors, large monitors, multiple unit shipments and freight requests. These items will hold their own shipping price. Please email if you have an issue or question about multiple orders or large orders before purchasing and we will be glad to work with you.

  • International Shipping: We DO NOT ship internationally. Please do not ask.
  • Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will have a surcharge depending on shipping service, (usually UPS.) If it is a larger item, PLEASE EMAIL before buying to find the cost of shipping. THIS LARGE ORDER REQUIRING ITEMS TO BE HANDLED OR SHIPPED AS BULK OR FREIGHT.
  • Domestic Shipping: We primarily use the USPS, or UPS as a shipping service on most of our listings, although we ultimately reserve the right to change the shipping method to ship by our preferred courier if it makes more financial sense. If you require a specific delivery method (ie: USPS does not deliver to your location) please make sure to mention any pertinent details in your payment notes and we will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.
  • Purchased items will ship the next business day between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. MST. We are closed on weekends and holidays, therefore allow for two (2) additional days to process and ship your order.
  • Our shipping policy can differ based on the item listed. Be sure to review our shipping policy for the item sold in the "Shipping And Payments" section.
  • If you would like us to bill directly to your UPS account, message us directly.
  • If you prefer FedEx and would like us to bill your account, we can do that also! Just message us with your info and you can email us the label.
  • Please do not contact us with UPS and USPS shipping issues. If there is a problem, please contact these agents directly using the tracking information supplied at the time of shipping.
  • We can gladly combine shipping on items that will fit together to save on your shipping price. Email us after buying the products and we will work out a shipping cost for you.

Sale Terms
  • All questions and/or concerns should be asked prior to offering a payment, and if any problems occur such as item is DOA/wrong item received, etc. please contact us first before leaving a Neutral or Negative response comment on . We should at least have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
  • If you have any questions about the item, please email us through the system before offerding and purchasing. We often include our Tech Team in questions and they are world class in troubleshooting problems.
  • The item exteriors may have normal use etc. If any of these defects are considered major, or that would affect operation, they will be described in detail in the top section of the sale description.
  • No manuals, cords, cables, batteries, battery chargers, external power supplies, software or instructions are included in this offering unless specifically listed above in the description. We will be very descriptive to any issues the sale item may have.
  • Consumables, such as batteries, bulbs, ink, toner, and any included item subject to regular replacement are NOT covered by any kind of warranty or guarantee.
  • Any problems should be reported with 48 hours of delivery and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • We put these rules into place to ensure that the buyer is satisfied with the sale and that we, as the seller, can stand behind our equipment while ensuring we can provide quality units because nonsensical returns/exchanges cost money and affect the bottom line of what we sell and how we price it.
  • This should be an enjoyable experience for both the buyer and seller. We want you to return again and again for quality, used equipment. We cannot do that without insuring both parties are covered from negligence.
