Orders that total more than $300 will have signature required for delivery unless requested otherwise. Our policy states that we do not ship internationally, only within the continental U.S. Freight Forwarding Services are included with international shipping. We also do not allow Hard Drives to be sent to a Freight Forwarding Service or Mail Redirection. We will only ship to the address provided through the order. If a Freight Forwarding Service or Mail Redirection Service is used, 's Money-Back Guarantee is voided. If one of these or a similar service is used, a return/refund may be denied. To do a proper return, the item must be sent back from the original address provided in the order. Please refer to the Money Back Guarantee Policy for more information. We reserve the right to require a signature confirmation for any shipment at our discretion.
