Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm central time. Offers and questions that get sent outside of these hours will be answered as soon as possible but might not get a response until the next business day.We do not ship to PO boxes, you must provide us with a physical address to ship your item to.All items will be shipped with either FedEx Ground or USPS, whichever is most economical for us. Our handling time is 2 business days, however most orders will ship the next business day. We have our handling time set for 2 business days so we're covered for emergencies such as bad weather events.We do not ship internationally, only to the 48 contiguous United States. However we could possibly make an exception if the buyer is willing to cover the extra shipping cost, but please contact usbeforepurchasing an item to see if this is an option.
