Cosmetic issues:
Laptop #1 - A small crack in the plastic on the top cover
Laptop #2 - A small piece of plastic missing on the left side of the laptop at the fan grate
Laptop #3 -A small piece of plastic cracked on the bottom of the laptop
Laptop #4 - A small ding on the right front corner of the case and some wear marks in the form of shiny spots in the plastic on the palmrest
Laptop #5 - Some wear marks in the form of shiny spots in the plastic on the palmrest and the touchpad and the touchscreen feature does not work

COSMETIC CONDITION:
Normal wear on a used computer can be considered minor cover scratches, minor wear to the keyboard, minor screen scratches/rub marks that have no impact on the picture, etc. Any broken pieces, gauges, screen issues, missing pieces, etc would be noted both in Cosmetic Condition and in the above description.
