We are Responsible Recycling (R2V3) certified which means all items we sell are tested. All 3R Technology items, after their useful life, can be returned to us for proper recycling at no charge. Contact us if your company would like to recycle its surplus electronics.

• Payment must be made within three (3) calendar days of sale close.
• Non-paying buyer Cases are automatically opened after 7-days of non-payment.

DATA SANITIZATION

• Hard drives, solid-state drives, and all data-bearing devices have been wiped according to R2v3 standards.

SHIPPING

• We ship via UPS Ground or USPS.
• We only ship to confirmed U.S. addresses as indicated in PayPal.

WARRANTY

• WE DO NOT WARRANTYLAPTOP BATTERIES. Your refurbished machine will contain a used battery. By their nature batteries do not typically have long lives. We test batteries to ensure they are functional and hold a charge, but we do not guarantee the duration of that charge.

RETURNS

• Refunds are on final offer amount only; shipping and handling are non-refundable.
• Please contact us directly if there are any problems with your item.

LOCAL PICKUP

• Contact us if you would like to pick up your item at our location in Kent, Washington.
• Please do not come to our facility until pickup arrangements have been made.
• Local pickups take 1 to 2 days to process. We are closed on weekends.
