A surface cleaning is done (enough to use in your home straightaway but no extensive, take apart, deep cleaning except sometimes) but mostly leave that to buyers.

Shipping is charged at rate I pay with any overage +$5 refunded to buyer. I mostly use UPS and ship promptly on receipt of payment.
