The unit you receive will be sealed, the packaging will have a rip by the model number where it looks like they removed a sticker (these are I assume remainder marks I found 5 of these sealed all together we opened the one to confirm the units were new and infact new and not resealed. The open one you see in half the photos, we opened it's being sold open box for less on another listings. Tho we included photos of it here to show you exactly what comes in a sealed one.

Please note I can't make any guarantees on battery life due to these being almost 25 years old.
