This is a PS/2 to Atari ST-class mouse adapter.

Enables any PS/2 mouse to work with your Atari ST, STE, Mega, Mega STE, TT030, or Falcon. Works best with ball mice, but works with optical mice too. Doesn't like mouse acceleration applications or when you move the mouse super fast (faster than you'd ever need to use it). Don't plug or unplug it while the machine is turned on or it could become damaged.

Note: If you are connecting this to any Atari in the keyboard form-factor without a floppy drive (typically a 520 ST or 260 ST), you will need to carefully make a slight modification to the circuit board with a pair of wire cutters. Without doing this, an edge of the board will interfere with case plastics. See photo for more details.
