Then check out our weight reduction modification for the Razer Deathadder V3 Pro (or Dav3) wireless gaming mouse. This base plate replaces the original base on the Dav3. The stock base weighs in at 11.6 grams, and the new base is 3.4 grams for aweight reduction of 8.2 grams. In our testing this brought our mouse to 55 grams!
Installation is fairly easy with a #1 phillips and T6 torx screwdriver. There are 7 screws to remove. Check out ourinstall guidefor a step by step walkthrough.
In the event that you want to remove the modification it is completely reversible. The old base can simply be reinstalled, and the mouse is back to original.
