This monitor will upscale and down scale resolutions upto 720P.

This is an extremely hard to find item. It is in perfect working order. However the front Bezel is showing indications of scratch marks and imperfections. Its taken me a year to search for the perfect retro gaming monitor. With multiple upscaling and downscaling features.. not to mention the I/O capability.

Lowest resolution scale is 460P and 460i in a 4:3 resolution that was perfectly matched for O.G XBOX, PS2, and Nintendo gamecube.

Monitor will also accept 1080P and 1080i resolutions but downscale to 720P. This is a great feature if you are using a low budget graphics card and you are aiming for a 60 frames per second experience.

Monitor has a low latency feature made just for gaming in mind with a 60hz refresh rate. Also accepts 15khz VGA for 4:3 , 5:4 aspect ratio and above.

Right now there is only (1 )720P monitor/TV available on the market sold at best Buy with the insignia Brand name. Sales rep told me that scalable 720P will be discontinued and it doesn’t have the lower latency benefit this monitor/TV has. It has less that 1/3 of the I/O connections this monitor has, and sells for $80 after tax. The converters needed for the insignia model will run you roughly $80 for the correct adapter conversions to g et your retro gaming experience working. Then the additional draw back with the insignia is using the conversion adapters increases to higher latency factors.
