2. Return Policy - Buyer must contact Sun HardwareResale first before returning item(s). Items must be returned in originalcondition with all included parts as was received. Buyer is responsible forreturn shipping costs. If buyer receives item in damaged condition not describedin the listing, DOA or other error made by Sun Hardware Resale, then SunHardware Resale will pay for return shipping costs.
3. Restocking Fees: Items returned that are determinedto be in working order will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% or $10,(whichever is greater) and shipping will not be refunded. We will not acceptany item that is damaged in return shipping. The shipment will be refused backto the Buyer and Buyer will need to issue a claim with the freight company.
