Good Fair Condition, has a small 1\" rip on the side, the shoulder strap plastic piece that adjusts the length of the strap is broken so the strap will not adjust to a shorter length the full length of the strap is not that long so this is not a big deal. also the sliding pad on the shoulder strap has a hole in it that does not effect how the pad functions.
