1 Synertek RRIOT SY6530-004 TIM Chip. I am selling these from my personal collection. These are unused still in the factory Synertek tube. These are the -004 version and what you need if you are repairing or building a Jolt, DATAC 1000 or a custom 6502 computer. It is fully compatible with the Mostek brand MCS6530-004 as they licensed the production of these chips from them. Very rare and hard to find these in any condition, even more so unused. These are unused in my own stock here in the USA, we do not sell counterfeit junk.
